- A minimum credit score of 620 is required to qualify. If you need help with improving your credit score we have partners that can help.
- You’ll need to work with one of our two approved lenders for financing.
- You may be eligible for up to $90,000 in subsidy grants from the URA, making homeownership possible even if you're looking in a lower price range.
- To keep these homes affordable for future buyers, your equity will grow at a capped rate of 1.15% per year or the percentage of AMI increase for the year, whichever is less. When you buy a CBCLT home, you own the house but lease the land through a 99-year Ground Lease.
