At heart, I’m an educator.

For nearly two decades, I’ve worked as both a full-time Pittsburgh REALTOR® and an instructor and examiner for the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA-E). Whether I’m coaching skiers or guiding buyers and sellers through a real estate transaction, my approach is the same: listen first, communicate clearly, explain the “why,” and help people develop the understanding and confidence to make good decisions.

Since beginning my career as a real estate agent in 2009, I’ve helped more than 600 buyers and sellers, and counting, throughout Pittsburgh and the surrounding communities, closing over $120 million in sales. Along the way, I’ve earned recognition as a RE/MAX Hall of Fame member and Platinum Club recipient, as well as Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), e-PRO®, GREEN, and EcoAssociate® designations. These credentials reflect my commitment to continuing education and staying current in an ever-changing industry.

Before I started in real estate, I spent 15 years in communications, advertising, and graphic design after earning my degree from Ohio University. That experience continues to shape how I market homes now, combining professional photography, thoughtful preparation, compelling marketing, and careful pricing to help sellers stand out.

I’m passionate about sustainable housing and energy-efficient homes. I served on the steering committee for ReEnergize Pittsburgh and the advisory panel for Allegheny County’s Housing Market Analysis project. Whether you’re interested in a home’s energy performance, long-term operating costs, or sustainable improvements, I want my clients to understand how those factors can influence both lifestyle and value.

Clients often tell me they appreciate my responsiveness, organization, and ability to make what can feel like an overwhelming process much easier to understand. I believe that’s because I never lose sight of the fact that every client starts from a different place. Some have bought and sold many homes; others are doing it for the first time. My role is to meet you where you are, answer your questions honestly, explain your options clearly, and advocate for your best interests from our first conversation through closing.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping a wide variety of buyers and sellers throughout Pittsburgh, from first-time homebuyers to growing families, empty nesters, and clients relocating to the area. Many of my clients share my love of Pittsburgh’s active, outdoor lifestyle and are looking for homes that support the way they live—whether that’s easy access to trails and parks, bike-friendly neighborhoods, walkable communities, or homes with energy-efficient features. As an avid mountain biker, skier, and outdoor enthusiast, I understand how a home is more than just a place to live—it’s the basecamp for the life you want to build.

My goal is to help every client find not just the right house, but the right community and lifestyle to call home. Real estate is about more than buying and selling houses. It’s about helping people make informed decisions at important moments in their lives. That’s the part of my job I enjoy most.
