  • Do you have an honest opinion on what your home is worth?

  • How is the market in your area?

  • Is there enough equity in your home to cover your outstanding mortgage?

  • Is there work that needs done on the home in order to maximize the price?

  • Are their things about your home that will drive buyers away?

  • How soon do you need to move and where are you moving to?

  • What happens if your house sells before you have found another?

  • Can you afford the expenses of moving?

  • Are you willing to allow people to come into your home?
